Marbling

My goal is to reproduce the movement and fire present in a beautiful piece of marble through layers of semi-transparent glazes built up in the fashion of an Old Master painting. With modern primers, virtually any surface can be painted in a durable manner. Changing a surface to painted marble is a subtle way to introduce texture and color to any room design.
